· Everyone is bound by first laws (except Fae, they have their own laws)

· The backlash for someone of great status would be more if they broke a first law than if someone who didn't affect people en mass did. I.E: A farmer who violates hospitality will not suffer as badly as a King who kill his kin. These vary by severity of law broken.
