• From the 4th circle (the only parliamentarian there?)

• Serves Archduke Baliel and Lady Fiernal

• All of the weirdness with artificing and warping of reality has to do with him trying to break his way out.

• He is GOING to break out, it’s just a matter of time

• He came here because there was a pathway left behind for him to follow

• When there is no one left who wants to make a deal with him, he will leave

• Says he’s primarily interested in business, if it becomes too expensive, he’ll leave

• He can sell info about planes beyond our world, and ALL the artificing stuff

• He will sell to anyone

• Lady Fiernal sends a horde of demons into the world when he comes through (to protect him)

• He could show us where the horde is so we can send them back

• Tends to show up in a bar and just let word spread that he has things to sell.

• He might agree to initially limit his efforts to one tavern (unless he’s traveling to go to a meeting)

• He also might agree to offer us the right of first refusal (before he sells to Verloran or Cardiria, for example)

• All of these would be an informal gentleman’s agreement, not a formal agreement.
